1. For accelerated action planning, there is an option to set up eValue’s Implementation Matrix that positions all Statement Categories onto a matrix showing the Impact on selected Strategic Objectives (High/Low) and Ease of Implementation (Simple/Difficult).
    
2. This prioritises areas for corrective action, with 'quick wins' that have the greatest impact and are 'easier' to implement (by reference to available resources, expertise, logistics, control, funding etc.).
