Demographics for Report Filtering

1. Define up to eight separate demographic sets such as Country, Region, Department and Gender etc.
2. Each set can contain unlimited demographics.
3. All survey reports can be filtered across any combination of demographics.
4. Individual Statement Categories can be presented to different respondents.
5. Survey statements can be presented at different times (e.g., in a phased project assessment).

Presentation Options

1. Category Headers.
2. "Skip this Section".
3. Random or Manual Sort.

Survey Response Types, Scales and Scoring

1. Likert set of response type (Agree/Disagree, Frequently/Seldom etc) across all statements.
2. Likert response scale (2-9 choices) and related scoring.
3. Target or Benchmark scoring across all Survey Categories for ongoing performance management.
