3. For ease of analysis, the Reporting structure is hierarchical with drill-down functionality from high-level summaries to detailed individual statement results that are linked to supporting text comments and suggestions for improvement.
    
4. All reports have a unique colour-coding system to rapidly identify performance levels for each statement, category and perspective. Colour-coding is statistically generated by comparing actual survey scores against the overall mean scores and standard deviation. A dual colour-coding method is available to measure only those results across selected demographics.
    
5. The on-line Reports can be downloaded in PDF format or as PNG images for use in other presentation formats.
