- Respondents can either be anonymous or identified.
- In both cases, survey access can either be via a website link to a landing page or from an email link.
- Anonymous respondents select their profiles from demographic drop-down lists.
- Identified respondents and their respective demographics are imported in advance from an CSV spreadsheet, with personalised emails to a unique login that automatically identifies them.
- Identified respondents receive up to three emails that are customized for each respondent group:
- Invitation to commence the survey.
- A reminder if they have not yet completed the survey.
- Acknowledgement on completion of the survey.
