eValue survey structure and design
In developing the survey structure, the alignment architecture comprises 4 basic components:
- Strategic Objectives – define multiple organizational goals such as ‘Increase Sales’ - alternatively define different departments or any other user defined filters.
- Organizational Perspectives – broad user-defined sections to views results (e.g. Learning and Growth, Internal Processes, Health and Safety, Culture etc. Alternatively, you can define different divisions or organizational elements).
- Statement Categories – within each of the Perspectives define key processes or category headings such as Training, Communications and Leadership etc and link these to one or more Strategic Objectives.(e.g. under the objective to “Increase Sales’ one of the categories might be defined as ‘ Product Training’).
- Survey Statements – define an unlimited number of survey statements/questions under each Statement Category (e.g. a statement under ‘Training’ might be ‘We deliver regular product training to our sales staff’).
- All eValue templates are already fully aligned as above and may be modified as needed.
- All survey statements and response types are in English with a second optional language.
- All reports are in English.
- Additional non-scoring questions may be inserted subject to separate quotation.
